I don't think there's a soul out there who hasn't found 2020 difficult. Who hasn't received an email inquiring if they're safe and well during these challenging times? While it's hard not to be cynical and to downplay someone's concern with humour (I suppose I'm not really a "true" Cancerian...!) I can say that at some point, it's okay to just hit pause. Take a step back, a deep breath, and don't underestimate the power of a little reset.

So my bias and passion aside, I truly believe that introducing a candle into your self-care routine can have positive benefits for your mental health. It's cleansing to your home, your surroundings and your soul.
